Notes:

Woolpert will establish, target, and GPS observe 30 first-order horizontal (blue booked) and third-order vertical monument pairs (60 points). Monuments will be 3-foot concrete with bronze cap and flush with the ground surface. Monument pairs will be in the Ohio State Plane Coordinate System (South Zone). Horizontal datum will be North American Datum (NAD) 83 (86) adjusted to the Ohio HARN system. Vertical datum will be North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) 88.

These monuments were designed to last 30 to 50 years, if left undisturbed. The installations took place during December / January of 1999.

Surveying of each monument took place during the last two weeks of April, 1999.
