You can use ArcReader and download data from this web site specific for Clinton County. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Probably the best I've seen is Google Earth.... http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html It's easy to use, and puts the whole world at your fingertips. It has color imagery from satellites and from aircraft for most of the world.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- A GREAT place to find other programs that allow you to find latitudes and longitudes: http://www.sundials.org/links/local/pages/latlon.htm I liked the ACME Mapper the most out of this list. Please note the deg/min/sec & vice-versa conversion link on the bottom of this page. Click on DOQ (Digital Ortho Quarter-Quads) to see black and white imagery from 1994, or you can click on the Satellite button and see color photography for a good part of the United States. You should be able to find farm fields, houses, subdivisions, etc. You move the map itself to get the cross-hairs over the point you want to read a lat-long from. Very easy, and very clever. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
