Terrell - Hanaghan Nature
Preserve
This park is at 2979 Clarksville Road at
the intersection of Cowan Creek Road in Vernon Township.
This 60 acres of riparian corridor has
been identified twice by the Ohio biological Survey as the most unique area in
Clinton County. Great fishing during the spring and early summer and designated
Important Bird Area by the National Audubon Society. Healthy amphibian, reptile
and wild turkey populations as well as rich biodiversity of plants. Limited bow
hunting with written permission of the park board. Open to the public for
